The fieldis thesource oftruth. Now it is provable.
[Placeholder positioning.] We capture every physical movement at the wellhead — volume, time, geofence, operator — validate it against the contract, match it against the operator's own sensors, and close it on a record both parties share. Invoices arrive already agreed.
Physical energy runs on paper promises that no two parties record the same way.
[Placeholder.] Every barrel of produced water, every crude load, every hot-oil hour and every ton of sand creates a transaction between two companies who each keep their own books about it. The industry has digitised the forms. It has not digitised the agreement.
Three versions of one truck
The driver writes a ticket. The gauger logs a tank. The contract says a rate. Nobody's number is wrong, and none of them agree.
Reconciliation as a profession
Accounting teams re-key, re-check and re-argue the same load for weeks. The work is enormous, invisible, and produces nothing.
Disputes priced into every contract
Both sides pad for the fight. Operators hold cash, providers carry receivables, and the spread is pure friction.
Audit by archaeology
When a regulator, a partner or a royalty owner asks what happened, the answer is a PDF search across four systems.
Not an integration between systems. A single transaction that never breaks.
[Placeholder.] The field event, the contractual check, the sensor corroboration, the closing of the record and the financial posting are stages of one object — not messages passed between four vendors. Exceptions are part of the graph, not an email thread.

Definitive capture
Offline-first mobile record of what actually happened: GPS breadcrumb, geofence crossings, timestamps, volumes, required forms, signatures — bound to the driver and the unit.
01Validation at source
Every ticket is checked against the live price book, approved item list, active location codes and tolerance bands before it can ever reach an invoice.
02Written once, never revised
Matched records are closed on a shared industry record. Both counterparties hold the same entry, neither can amend it afterwards, and any third party can confirm it without asking either of you.
03Pre-agreed invoices
What posts to the ERP has already been validated by both parties and sealed. The invoice is a consequence of the record, not a negotiation about it.
04The record closes in three seconds. It never reopens.
[Placeholder.] Every validated event is written once to a shared, permissioned record governed by the industry — ordered by an agreed timestamp and closed beyond revision. Both counterparties hold the same entry. Neither can amend it afterwards, and either can hand it to an auditor, a partner or a regulator who can confirm it independently. Nothing about the field workflow changes: the same screens, the same shift.
THROUGHPUT AND TIMING PER PUBLISHED NETWORK DOCUMENTATION · GOVERNED BY A ROTATING COUNCIL OF ENTERPRISES AND INSTITUTIONS · ENERGY CONSORTIUM MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES MAJOR OPERATORS
Two parties. Two instruments. One record they both signed.
The service provider attests. The operator's own sensors attest. The engine pairs them within a configured tolerance and seals the result. Anything outside tolerance never becomes an invoice — it becomes an exception with an owner and a clock.

Field reality descends. Proof climbs back.
[Placeholder.] The experience and operations layers are ours. The trust layer is shared infrastructure the industry already governs. That separation is the whole thesis: competitors can use the same proof rails without trusting each other — or us.
Vendor-neutral trust layer
The proof layer is governed by the industry, not by us. Counterparties join a network, not a vendor's database.
Common data models
Locations, items, rates and credentials follow shared definitions, so a record moves between operators without a bespoke integration each time.
Reference integrations
ERP and warehouse connectors ship as configuration. SCADA and historian taps are read-only and one-way.
Autonomous operation
Once provisioned, scheduled protocols push events and poll match state continuously. Accounting performs no manual reconciliation.
A field platform already in production. Governance and lineage the industry can audit.
[Placeholder.] One side has run production field operations for operators and service companies across the major onshore basins since 2016. The other operates shared infrastructure governed by the largest names in the business. Nothing here is a prototype — this is two systems that each already carry real volume, brought onto one record with lineage an auditor can follow from wellhead to posting.
- Governance/A named, rotating council of operators and institutions — published membership, published voting rights.
- Lineage/Every posted line traces back through match, validation and capture to a timestamped field event.
- Assurance/SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO/IEC 27001 control scope, independently audited.

A record that cannot be revised is a control, not a claim.
[Placeholder.] The shared record exists for one reason: so an audit trail can be proven rather than asserted, by either side, without a reconciliation meeting. Everything commercially sensitive stays inside your tenant boundary. What is shared is the evidence, never the contract.
